The color lipstick I used is a semi-drying, very soft lipstick that I bought from a beauty shop. I decided to go for a really matte lipstick after working some makeup out for a few months. I wanted to make it super matte just to add a little something to the look. I also wanted to add something that could get more attention so that it looked better on my lips or face. I wanted something that seemed much brighter and deeper than my neutral lipstick and to be able to work on my lips with it as a color. I had the color come in a lovely purple which I thought it would be great on the lips of black cats in NYC. I love that it has no creasing. It can also be used on cheekbones, in my case. I made sure to make sure the color was matte so I would be able to work on it with the matte lips like with my neutral lipstick. The next step I did was to make sure my eyes needed some more shine in my eyes. I was very pleased to find out that my eyes looked flawless in my photos. It just went from that to what I wanted to achieve when I was trying to change something up in my life.

What kind of makeup do you use to apply the color lipstick to

My favorite method is to use it as my light pink lipstick. It’s a medium, opaque polish like my red blush (shown with the orange color). It’s hard because it’s so pink, and it just means a little light. I love using one of my favorite formulas (A Little Red Pink) in an over-the-counter color lipstick. I know it has a small amount of shimmer but I love that it is so much smaller. The darker something my lip is, the more light it gives my lips. I also like the more dark red that I use in my lip liner.

Do you use a blush with the color lipstick

Oh, and the only black lipstick I use is Iced Red, which has a slightly more shimmery finish. It also has no creasing of course but it has my favorite blend for my lipsticks. I love how it makes your skin look brighter and brighter as well and I love when you can use one of my favorites formulas.
