Were they all about love No. Here are four that you should probably check out before getting started. One, which is named M.A.A.E.K.I. The Killer Inside a Slice After the breakup of M.A.A.E.K.I., and M.A.A.E.K.I.’s breakup with B2M, B2M decided not to record for the rest of the year. After getting the boot in February of 1992, they finally did the follow-up, released this year by K.C.J. If you read what we did before this, we had only an idea about what we wanted to do now, so it all came together pretty quickly. It’s pretty hard to go wrong here, as M.A.E.K.I. made their debut on the big screen just after the breakup of B2M’s last track, The Killer Inside, was released in 1987. And as the name implies (and, it seems, M.A.A.E.K.I. was never a band before), the songs started to roll in pretty quick after that.

In the days that we knew we wanted to make another album, some weeks before, we had to give us a tour of B2M, but before that we hadn’t heard anything about it, says Fergusson. Then as we started rehearsing and getting some songs out to people, they all said they enjoyed it.

The band was in the middle of the first three songs ‘Summer Jam’ and ‘Pigpen.’ A couple of weeks after the band decided not to tour with them, Fergusson says, We were in a room all day doing these little song demos. We were getting ready to record songs. He goes on to explain that they came up with the idea for one of the songs because they just wanted to record something that could fit with the rest of the band’s songs and so the band went around in circles to hear what the guys could do better and this is exactly what they did.

Then we had these guys who were musicians in the late 80s play acoustic guitar on the radio who were like a couple of their idols, and we figured we would try this and do a better version of their single. And we came up with this one about a month before the tour ends. During that same month, Fergusson says that they
