Heavy track literally means you are running at high speed. As you may have noticed from the beginning of this article, I’ve been testing horse racing. I also run in horse racing races, and most importantly, I do not race to win. I’m simply trying to create consistency with my experience and I’m happy to share my experience and help others. In short, I believe I’m doing everything possible to create the same experience that I want and have achieved since my time in horses racing and I am happy and thankful that they enjoy my help.

To make more frequent appearances on my podcast and to promote this project, I was recently asked by a local horse racing promoter, Matt Dye, to provide an update on the latest technology that was available at the time. A few days ago we got a great deal of feedback when we started to talk with Matt during the course of his work, as well as during his many interviews. I wish him the best of luck in his development.

How are you running against the pace

I am really excited about the changes we are seeing with racing.

You mentioned at the beginning of the interview that it would be much easier to learn about track and track-day events. In fact, some of your favorite tracks will probably require you to learn these same disciplines and skills.

Some other important points to keep in mind if you’re interested in racing

If you’d rather stay focused on your training or your goals, you are welcome to do so.

The pace is a great tool to have on your side if it makes you feel more balanced or less out of shape.

To achieve consistency, you need to take action faster.

Take a break from working with racing to focus on one important activity right after the other.

You need to make progress.

What’s a great track day Wherever it is, whether it’s day two or three, will dictate your progress as an individual. Some racing teams even consider your results to be their own for race days, as that means you have to perform to be considered part of the overall effort.

But how do I find out that I’m doing what I think should be the greatest work possible

The best place to start your training is with the pace. If you run at all and are really close-minded, you can probably find a track in one of the smaller towns that has a much higher average speed and you can see progress
