I recently got over my anxiety and depression during the marathon. There is a lot of research out there, but it is hard to explain exactly how much it has affected your health. It’s important to remember that if you’re in any type of pain, anxiety, stress, depression or whatever and do everything they say, that doesn’t mean it’s all right. It only means that you’ll be better off in some ways than some of those things.
