We know how to deal with each and every challenge. We know how to get things done. We are so committed to our clients that we don’t give them any excuses. We never give people a bad review. We have a strict business-wide policy in place to keep our business open. We are extremely excited to be working with you as partners.

How do you manage your business without a boss What does it all entail

Our business strategy is to build relationships and build trust. We know how to put our brand on the map, and we know what our audiences want. We have very strong relationships in place right now that support our clients. They know how to support our business through our service packages. They already feel great about our customer service and customer satisfaction. We need to keep that at the forefront of their minds for all of our business endeavors.

Do you have plans for how you’re handling your business

No decisions about our finances were made prior to launching our new website. It was a hard decision but not impossible to make. It is our responsibility to deliver a beautiful product, a simple service that our partners and customers have a hard time with.

With an ever expanding customer base and increasing demand for our products and services, how do you handle expectations for their services

There has been a lot of thought about our customer satisfaction and sales, but I feel we are not about that at all. We are not at all looking to build our business on our own principles, nor are we trying to build a monopoly on something that would be profitable for us. We are trying to build our own brand, and we’re not looking to build a monopoly (laughs). We are looking to work with all markets of our product which we believe are ready for our users. Our service plan is to ship product in January of 2015 and in 2017 we will deliver our product to the markets in November of 2015. In addition, we believe we have a better chance of working with customers in a way that is consistent and efficient for them. We want to work with great teams right now to build a truly great product.
