There are about 10,000 people working for us and our clients are doing everything they can, at any given time. But you can take a look at the number of journalists who leave their professional jobs because they need to be paid for their work. They don’t have money to cover their day, they have some extra time to spare, but their salaries are very high and they need to be paid for things they are doing. These are a lot of expenses and you need to take measures to avoid them.

Yes. You can go back and do new projects with us even if you do not want to take a year off from what’s most relevant to your clients. We can help you out for instance with a project but it is not required by the contract or even if you are a journalist. We know it’s hard to stay for six months of a year and that is a lot of money we are spending to cover any new project and get this up and running again.

How do you deal with freelance projects when you don’t know what to do with them

People may say, How bad are they But in reality there is just no real way you can handle them. We do our best to put up with whatever they do and they aren’t really that bad. We are not like Facebook. You can’t just go home and just leave a comment. So even if they are great news about something important, you may need to work extra hard to get them to back the project.

Have you considered moving your website out of the city

Yes, we are considering that. We started our own website and that is not a big change but we do have a large customer base that would love to keep it there.
