We would measure both of those costs using the number of videos that were downloaded, or spent, but the video cost divided by the video size. This cost estimate does not include taxes or fees, so any additional expenses related to the sale are subject to the actual fees. YouTube.com, and other digital content providers, do not track fees on this system or in any other site. We use them to ensure that our paid customers feel like they are being treated fairly, which requires an aggressive set of procedures and a high level of customer support.
